"Second edit **********still haven’t hear from Noah…………… *******EDIT******* two weeks ago, still have not heard from Noah! I received a letter regarding my policy that I didn’t understand, so I emailed Noah. In fact, I sent 3/4 emails with questions, all of the emails were answered by someone other than Noah and they only answered the easy questions, completely ignored the important ones. Not happy. I have given up on hearing from Noah LaBauve, it’s obvious he wasn’t serious when he said he would call me. Not great customer service! May 15, 2025 I’ll call you…………….. So…..Aug 20th I received a call from this office wanting to talk about life insurance, I was busy taking my dog to the vet, she asked when would be a good time to call back, I said around noon. Still waiting…….."
