"Logan reached out to me after I sent an email with my current policies requesting a multi-policy quote. I like that he had the quote ready when he called & that it covered everything on my existing policy. Logan also asked if I was interested in other insurance like disability which I never considered State Farm for. I shared my experience with making claims & he suggested that I could always call him first, if it's not urgent, before making a claim. By the end of the call I had a multi-policy & disability insurance quote. My interaction with Logan reminded me of the 20+ yrs that I spent with State Farm in California. He was able to answer any question I had & could explain the purpose of the coverage offered. I hope I never need to call Logan for a claim, but if I do, I know I have someone competent to work with."

"Unfortunately my experience with this location has not been the greatest from the get go but I try to be understanding of human error. Kristin quickly got me the insurance I needed, however during the signing process she had requested I send a document again that I had already sent before (not a biggie because again I understand things can be misplaced) my big problem here is that I was getting charged a big jump from my monthly payment, I’m not exactly sure why. They said my card had declined the automatic payment which I received a text for. I called them as soon as I received that text as I had lost my wallet and had to cancel all my cards but I called right away to provide my new info so not sure why this late charge was being applied. Long story short I reached out to my agent Kristin about why my payment was so much she mentioned it was a mistake on their underwriting team and I would be credited. I reached back out to her to see if we could resolve this before my next payment as I don’t want to make this big payment I was told was wrong. I never heard back from Kristin after I sent that email and I open the State Farm app today to see that the insurance has completely dropped me. It feels like my normal monthly payments were not high enough for them to even try and make their mistake right so they just decided to let it go which is disappointing It would’ve been if nice if they could’ve at least let me know…."
