"Noah sold me an insurance policy that I have been paying for nearly ten years. That has no use to my property because according to State Farm it’s considered commercial. Noah sold me this policy knowing full well that my air conditioning business is at this property. He also sold me vehicle insurance for my fleet at my business. He know full well that this policy was basically useless and yet still took my money for nearly ten years. I have been scammed by this people. We will be seeking legal counsel. Other wise if my policy was no good why did you sell it to me. You are the expert in this matter. And if it’s not going to be covered the refund me my hard earned money that I have been paying you guys for years. This is just not right. Please be careful with this people they are just in to take you money"

"Have been buying policies from this office for years almost spanning a decade. Have my homes insured and when I placed my 1st claim i received a denial. The worst part is they are not even on the same page as to the denial reason. Double check what they are selling you because they will gladly take your money."

"I’m having so much trouble with this office, prices keep changing, nobody returns call or emails. I was convinced to a life policy and told it would help with discounts. And the prices just keep going higher and higher."

"Initially, I was very happy with this office and State Farm. However, for the past couple of years, I receive an email to call about a policy change right before a renewal. After calling, the policy change is ALWAYS a significant increase in premium. I've been a customer for over 5 years with no collision claims. You can't keep blaming increases on inflation. Give the increases to those who are draining the company with claims, not us with pristine driving records! This office/company is getting ridiculously greedy."
